From August 23 to 27, Professors Nadia Guajardo and Nicolás Gajardo-Parra participated in the 12th International Congress on Biocatalysis at TU Hamburg, Germany.
Professor Guajardo presented a lightning talk entitled “From Batch to Continuous Enzymatic Synthesis of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural Stearate Catalyzed by an Immobilized Lipase.”
Our associate researcher, Professor Nicolás Gajardo-Parra, also gave an oral presentation entitled “Stable but Silent: Molecular Simulation of Lysozyme Stability in Osmolyte-Based Deep Eutectic Solvents.”
